About Us

Microbritt Ltd is a spinout company from Newcastle University, UK. It was established from our novel patented process which allows us to micromachine brittle materials, defect-free – from wafer-scale to beyond. 

 The company has gone from strength to strength and we are enjoying working with our customers to manufacture novel innovative products, as well as  producing products more rapidly than competing services/technologies.  

 Additionally to fabricating bespoke customer-defined products, the underpinning technology and expertise at Microbritt allows to post-process microscale components made by other processes/services: one example being the post-processing of CMOS technology.
