Micro manufacturing

Microbritt was established from our novel patented CNC micro-milling technology which allows us to micro manufacture brittle materials from wafer scale and beyond. Specialising in the fabrication of bespoke products, we provide rapid microfluidic solutions with cutting-edge technology.

Microfluidics: Our patented CNC micro-milling technology enables us to fabricate high-precision structures in silicon, glass, and also thermoplastics like COC, making us an ideal partner for healthcare, biotech, and research sectors.

Semiconductors: The underpinning technology and expertise at Microbritt allow us to manufacture complex components from semiconductor materials – customer applications include; quantum technologies to state-of-the-art gyroscopes. We also post-process microscale components made by other processes and services: one example being the post-processing of CMOS.

Microprocessing of metals: Microbritt can manufacture complex designs which cannot be manufactured using conventional CNC technology: from high-aspect pillar arrays for heat sink technology to aluminium mould for microfluidic development.
